Ice Cube - New Friday Film

With Ice Cube movinh towards making another Friday film and possibly a return of Smokey (with Chris Tuckers money problems) we thought we would go through Ice Cube;s movies and show everyone his top roles

Ice Cube - "Boyz n the Hood"

Ice Cube was comfy as Doughboy because he knew that life well. Growing up in Los Angeles showed him what the left coast hood life was all about and being a member of NWA allowed him to get the word out. He says that his first audition didn't go very well but once he channeled his past he nailed it and the rest is movie history."

Role: Craig
Friday will always be a hood classic and we're thrilled that there may be another one featuring the original cast. We wonder if there will be another scene like the classic throwback when Craig knocked out Deebo.
Ice Cube - "Lottery Ticket"
Movie: Lottery Ticket 2010
Role: Mr. Washington
Cube played the creepy neighborhood old man who wasn't as bad as people thought. Actually, he turned out to be a neighborhood jewel. He had a lot of wisdom and saved the day. And at "60-something" years old he knocked out the neighborhood bully in a nod to Friday.

Role:Nick Persons
It was a cute flick with a sweet twist. The way Cube took on the role of step dad to his lady's children was endearing, even when they gave him hell

Role: Darius Stone/xXx
So, the movie wasn't that great but seeing Ice Cube play an action hero was an unexpected but surprisingly welcome surprise.
