Dr Dre - Lawsuit dismissed

Just to update you on the whole lawsuit situation, it got thrown out of court about two weeks ago.

Wayne County Circuit Judge John A. Murphy said "Under the circumstances, the plaintiffs could not have a reasonable expectation of privacy".

Even though an October hearing said the case would likely go to trial, Judge Murphy granted Dre’s lawyers’ motion to dismiss the case. Glenn Oliver, attorney for the former Detroit officials, says he’ll appeal the decision and claims that hidden cameras illegally recorded his clients. The case has been dismissed three separate times in the state of Michigan.
